I'm Juliet Tierney, a freelance illustrator, colorist, and graphic designer based in New York, with a B.F.A. in Cartooning/Comics. I illustrate and design for companies and individual clients, color graphic novels for publishing houses, and collaborate with working professionals on both commercial and personal projects.

My professional experience entails all of the above, short animations, and more. This includes working as an educator at local art centers and projects for Mad Cave Studios' Papercutz (Flash Gordon Adventures!, Secret S.T.E.A.M. Society Vol. 1: Horses and Vol. 3: Spaceflight). My artwork has also been exhibited in an art gallery in Chelsea, NY, and published by the Visual Opinion magazine.

I frequently add new skills to my artistic arsenal -- ceramics, cinematography, jewelry making, painting, textiles, video editing, and 3D sculpting, to name a few, along with those I have yet to discover -- because I genuinely love honing my expertise and exploring everything under the sun! Most recently, I have set my sights on delving into character and concept design.​
